Deleteing Your Account
You can delete your Federal Retirement Planner account at any time from inside the app. Go to Your plan, tap Delete my account, and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in, email info@revenx.com from the email address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will complete the request within 30 days.Deleting your account erases your name, contact details, the answers you gave, your pension estimate and any documents you uploaded. A small number of records are deliberately retained: a record that you gave consent and when, and a one-way scrambled copy of your email address and phone number so that we do not contact you again. Neither can be read back or used to reach you. Records held for a separate reason — an appointment you booked, or an advisory relationship with one of our advisers — are not removed by deleting your app account.
